Nanjing Liju Precision Forging Co., Ltd., founded in 1998, is located in Luhe Development Zone, Jiangbei New Area, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, with the factory floor area of 34,000 sqm. The Company has passed ISO9001, IATF16949, and ISO14001 certifications. At present, we have about 300 employees in Nanjing. The Company is a private enterprise integrating manufacturing, design and R & D of precision forgings for automobile, high-speed rail, aviation, hydraulic tools, mining rigs, and hardware. It possesses 400T, 630T and 1000T high energy forging press etc. and 10 production lines in total.
The Company added machining processing capability in 2013, and expanded equipment capacity, built new plants and upgraded machining workshops in 2019. Currently, there are 15 CNC machining centers and 2 rotating-disc special processing tools.
In the second half of 2019, a cold-forging workshop was added, in which 2 high-efficient cold-forging six-position machines and conventional machining equipment were equipped. In addition, we have advanced testing equipment and instruments, covering necessary tests in the forging industry.
For further development and integration of favorable resources, Liju owns multiple forging enterprises to provide additional services to customers and they are the production bases of Liju. In the present stage, our company is constructing the new plant in Xuancheng, Anhui Province. The plant covers an area of 50 mu. 10 extra forging production lines are increased compared with the production capacity of Nanjing's plant, making the forging equipment capacity cover 450T-5000T, in which 1600T, 2500T and 5000T large hot-die forging equipment are included and they are planned to be completed and put into production in August 2021.
Our company mainly provides OEM customers with the following parts: automobile gearbox, damping system parts for automobile, transmission shaft parts, hinge, rail parts, braking system parts for high-speed rail, hydraulic tools, mining rig forgings, cold-forging precision pieces and finished machined products; and all these products are exported to Germany, Spain, Finland, USA, Canada, Sweden, and other countries.
